“Film arrived without instructions . Couldn’t separate the film from backing as per you tube . Assumed out film didn’t have an adhesive backing as it doesn’t say on website . Placed it up and it fell down overnight . Called the support line to be spoken to by a very rude unhelpful woman . She said as she gets older she hasn’t got the patience and we should of waited until we spoke to someone from Abodr . You have no support at weekends when we needed to do the job . Shame we was going to a lot more but due the unhelpful rude assistant we won’t be ordering from you again . . Are you aware of the way staff speak to customers ?”
“I bought this for my spare bedroom and I love if so much, I'm going to order two more for my main bedroom! It was easy to put on and looks great. Translucent enough to let light in but frosted enough to provids privacy shield!”
“Excellent quality film with good instructions and useful small smoothing tool supplied.
There was a large area to cover so tricky for one person but the end result looks very professional.
Recommended.”
“very good product, quite fiddly to do until you get the hang of it. but
after the first one great. Would recommend, in fact I did and fitted it for my neighbour.”
“Looks perfect, exactly what we wanted. I was nervous abd had to re-read the instructions about seperating the film a few times but once I did the first piece there was no stopping me! Would definitely recommend and would purchase again. Thank you x”
“The only criticism I’ve got is that the size was outlined in red so had to be cut out, would be better to be ready cut as my cutting wasn’t as neat! However, super window film and looks fantastic. Design is fantastic and it was easy to fit with a handy tool and well written instructions.. would definitely buy again”
