“Absolutely over the moon with our window film. It looks amazing and they even sent a mock up of the film in advance to check we were happy. It looks great and was so easy to fit.”
“Having fitting instructions which fully describe how to fit the product and which are written by someone with English as a first language.....together with illustrations of the proceedure.....ensures successful a outcome. The product provides exactly what I was hoping for....just hope now that my dog keeps his mits off it. Excellent product, despatched immediately in good packaging.....and the price is right!!!!! Thankyou.”
“This was the first time I used this window film so was unsure how it would work out but the end result is actually excellent. For a first timer, there are a couple of points you need to be aware of. Firstly, the film is fairly easy to apply but you need to treat it carefully as the etching it quite delicate and is easily scratched off. Secondly, if applying to a window with glazing bars, say a 6 pane cottage door window, and the film you are applying has a pattern, make sure the horizontal and vertical pattern align exactly to get the best result. Very pleased with the final result and wouldn't think twice about using it again.”
“Film arrived without instructions . Couldn’t separate the film from backing as per you tube . Assumed out film didn’t have an adhesive backing as it doesn’t say on website . Placed it up and it fell down overnight . Called the support line to be spoken to by a very rude unhelpful woman . She said as she gets older she hasn’t got the patience and we should of waited until we spoke to someone from Abodr . You have no support at weekends when we needed to do the job . Shame we was going to a lot more but due the unhelpful rude assistant we won’t be ordering from you again . . Are you aware of the way staff speak to customers ?”
