“The course was good and the questions posed as you went through the course made you think as often the answers had not directly been given in the teaching material. Having done the course the end of course examination was easy to get a high mark in.”

“I thought it was a very good course, lots of information and we'll set out. The only problem I found was that the test questions seemed ambiguous, I wasn't sure exactly what answer you wanted, and as a result I got a few wrong answers. Overall though it was good”

“A very good course, interesting and easy to follow. Being split into modules, you could leave it and come back to continue later if you need to, although it didn't take long anyway. Fun and informative.”

“It is my wife doing the course and it is so user unfriendly she was in tears and had to stop before she really got started. My Granddaughter, a university student, has completed the course after several sessions taking much longer than expected. She said it was the worst on-line course she had undertaken. I had a look at the course and was pleased I was not doing it. You need to re-think what you are trying to achieve. Ian Extance”

“I found the course easy to work through the different sections and clear instructions to navigate the pages. Interactive pages were helpful with understanding information on rules and regulations, hygiene etc. The course is diverse to encourage the different types of learners gain the most from it which I found helpful.”

“I found the course informative and easy to follow. I thought the interactive exercises at each stage were helpful. I liked the ability to create and print my own notes as I went along. I learned a number of important points relating to food hygiene and I succeeded in gaining 100% in the test. I would recommend this course as a good way of learning the theory of handling food safely.”

“Easy to use and very informative. Up to date information which was different to when I last did my food hygiene. Covers all topics including legislation. Well worth doing it online as opposed to sitting in a lecture. Plenty of help available if needed but was so self explanatory that I didn't need to use it!”
