“it took me a very long time to go through this course, as i took lots of notes as i went along, but i probably didnt need to as the questions werent too difficult. most of it is just common sense.”

“I found this course very informative though it did take me a lot longer than anticipated (more than double the time estimated). This probably was because I had very little catering knowledge at the beginning of the course as this is a new venture for me. Felt that I had learned a tremendous amount by the end of the course.”
