“I needed to do this course to obtain a certificate in order to bake for my local Country Market. The wording on some of the questions I found tricky to comprehend what you required for an answer. For example one question I had was about critical temperature for a beef curry, answer options were something like a couple of temperatures and the temperature at the time of delivery and something else ... well I thought the most critical temperature would have been the one at delivery time because as stated there was also a critical time of 15 minutes to transfer the meat from lorry to refrigeration. Obviously not the answer that was expected, but I had thought that in the first place this was the crucial temperature...”

“I find your course very good and I like the combination of written, spoken, images and the assessments at the end of each module all to help us learn. My only criticism is that your assessment of how long it will take is not very realistic. I am reasonably quick to learn, definitely not stupid, and I find it has taken me much longer to work my way through the training than the 2-3 hours you suggest. It is important that people assimilate the information as they go along and not rush through it. I also don't think you should send this kind of email out until the person has finished the course and done the test. I still have 2 modules to do and the online test.”

“The course was informative: it rolled along at a speed which was comfortable to view, and I did not feel that I was under pressure. Some of the graphics were amusing, and turned learning into something a little more light-hearted rather than reading off a whole bunch of text. The content covered the topics well, and it was all clearly explained. All in all, it was a pleasure to be taught.”
