“An excellent course, the module structure is very well presented and goes deep into all aspects of food hygiene. On completion of the course I had a full in-depth understanding of food hygiene in a working environment. It has also helped me convert the best practice into my home cooking and food preparation. An informative and educational course I highly recommend.”
