“It was very informative I learned much and the learning plan was clear and easy to follow. Only constructive criticism is the reading needs to be in a slightly larger print and it would help if the reading had an audio option ad there is a lot of reading to do.”

“I found the course easy to follow and the graphics were good and very explanatary. The end of topic test questions helped reinforce what you needed to know. If I could make any improvements, I would have liked to be able to read without the commentary as I found the voiceover too slow.”

“I enjoyed the learning process and found the content to be very thorough. I particularly liked the graphics and found they contributed to the overall process very significantly. Also being able to work at my own pace and in my own time and not have todo the whole thing in one go was also a tremendous advantage. I found the voice over rather 'northern' and feel that many people could find it rather irritating and even not be able to understand some of the key words used.”

“Over all very good. But the drag & drop sections on a tablet is a nightmare. Won't drag & drop in right place and keeps freezing have to reset and start again very annoying.”

“I would only like to emphasise that during the modules the temperature of a fridge was always given as 5 degrees. Yet in the assessment the choice options went from 0 -4 ,7 -10 and upwards. I am not sure of the thinking behind this or whether there was something I missed.”

“Good content. Easy to understand. Can be done at your own pace. Good visuals and varied pages to help you stay interested. I like the questions at the end... its good to test the old brain cells! Just ignore that flashing toaster and take your time.”

“Course was very good once I found out how to register, it was not clear (to me) how you registered, eventually by hit and miss attempts i found that you have to buy the course first and then you get your login information. I liked the way the course was broken down into segments and they were clearly presented. Final course assessment was stressful because you don't really want to retake it, fortunately the training was so good that I passed first time - phew.”
