“Quite easy course to complete and pleased to say I passed first time. However, some of the questions were a little ambiguous, but on the whole, a good course.”

“I failed the first time I sat your exam, but managed to pass when I re sat it to-day. I found it quite a challenge but was so pleased to find I could re sit it. I am not very good with a computer but I found my way around your website without any trouble. I look forward to getting my certificate.”

“The site was generally easy to navigate; except for the final printing of the certificate, where I missed seeing the print icon, then was unable to get back to find it. Eventually contacted the helpdesk and was able to retrieve it.”

“Easy to navigate the online training. Very easy to understand. Only issue when printing off my certificate. My name, course date and number didn't appear on it. I had to ring up and have one emailed to me in PDF form.”
