“I needed help as I had issues opening the modules. I contacted the customer support team and it took three days for them to reply which wasn't any good.”

“Liked the delivery of course re clear information, instruction and interactive mini tests throughout and summary at end of each section. Liked the - no time constraint to allow to read and go back if needed and do at own pace. Like the look of the add ons that can be taken ie allegen course and level 3 to move on - which are obviously beneficial to anyone working with food.”

“Just can't see this being any good. I have tried to complete the rest off test 3. But can't go on. Click yes to carry on. But won't let me. As I can not carry on. Unless you can resolve this. I would be asking for full refund”
