“Good structure & enjoyed both online narrative & visual guidance. Great to have trial questions throughout module. Easy to access & follow & any online help & enquiries dealt with efficiently. Would be nice to be able to have correct answers supplied with explanation to any that were incorrect in final exam.”

“Excellent easy to follow course. Clear instructions with good graphics and plenty of information and learni g material. The fact that theres no time limit made it convenient to stop and start when needed to fit in with a busy lifestyle. Very impressed will definately recommend it!”

“As I am not computer literate I found the initial screens difficult to navigate and found myself having to read and inwardly digest the complete manual before attempting the test. Otherwise the test was very clear.”
