“I must apologise profusely for my previous review as I found that I had downloaded the certificate and it got put in a random place! Not only did I think the course material was excellent, I have passed on the information to another person needing to get a food hygiene certificate.”

“Very thorough and comprehensive, I felt that for support workers , there should have been a condensed (shorter) Version for them as I do believe some people rushed through it to get it out of the way, but didn't actually digest the vast enormity of the content. It was however very informative and it would be good as part of the course to have some posters of the key information about heating temperatures egg. For people to put up in kitchens. Doing a course once but not always leading sessions and not needing to recall info on regular occurences will mean information will be forgotten. A professional Poster of key temperatures and timings for food being left out etc. would be a good way for ALL staff to follow H&S and good hygiene standards.”

“I was very apprehensive as its been a long time since I was in a class room. I felt really comfortable being able to learn at my own pace, with no pressure. The modules were split up into easy to understand chunks. I would definitely recommend the Vitual college and wish they did GCSE's.”
