“Found the course & website easy to navigate. However I am VERY unhappy that they have not responded to my 2 emails... I bought the wrong course in error -my error -then realised & bought the correct one. I immediately emailed to request a refund for the unused one but so far have had no reply... now at least 6 weeks have past. I re-sent the request this week but still no answer!!”

“The course was so good everything was explained so well and being able to go at your own pace was perfect.I wish at the end when you took the exam when something was incorrect you were given one chance without being told the answer to think again and read the question one more time.”

“Really great, informative. Nothing to complain about besides the very slow animations with no option to skip them. Some people read a lot quicker than others and it can be a drag to have to sit and wait for the animation to finish. Other than that, perfect!”

“Found some of the contents repetitive. Needs a lot of work and I only just got it completed inside 6 hours. Liked the overall presentation and found the interactive slides very helpful. My method of learning which was to write lots of notes probably accounts for the time I took to do the course. It would be helpful if the course could be delivered in a group format via laptop and projector so that the types of groups I work within could see the course together.”
