“It was very handy for me to be able to take this course in my own time, at work. I was in the middle of my exam when a customer came in and had to leave the exam open, I was worried that it would time out and i'd have to start again but was hugely relieved that it was still on screen. A completed the course over 3 days, again, it was great to be able to leave it and come back to it at a convenient time. In the future if I need to be taking any other courses, I will be looking here first.”

“I enjoyed the animations and the audio sound but found it a bit slow sometimes when I had read all information and was ready to move on you had to wait. Also a couple of the questions were worded badly so misleading and not on your knowledge. Apart from that it was very good.”

“I found the course very informative and helpful. I got alot of information from it. The only downside was the test at the end was far too easy. Most of the questions I feel could be answered correctly without going through the previous 3 hours. All in all a good 3 hours which gave me plenty of information.”
