“Liked the delivery of course re clear information, instruction and interactive mini tests throughout and summary at end of each section. Liked the - no time constraint to allow to read and go back if needed and do at own pace. Like the look of the add ons that can be taken ie allegen course and level 3 to move on - which are obviously beneficial to anyone working with food.”
