“I was very disappointed with this course for the price I paid. Compared to the other online training courses I have completed through CIEH, the structure of the course I found not to be engaging. Regular multiple choice tests after each section would be better, rather than writing paragraphs which are unrelated to content of this course. I wish I had of paid an extra £30 for a better one, I don't believe this has helped me enormously to write my haccp plan for my small business.”

“The help on the end of the phone was very good,and was sorted out in quick time. Course very straight forward to follow printing the certificates was easy. Down side was two systems now got two accounts! Poor home page for navigating”

“This was the first time that I felt very comfortable taking a course like this, it was so well laid out, one could take it at a pace that suited. yes I would love to take another course, and would surely recommend Virtual College.
