“I wanted a course that was easy to access; easy to pursue and offered me a fair chance at success. This course pressed all of the buttons for me and at a very reasonable price. I liked the illustrations and the interactive pages worked well. I am fairly computer literate and did not need the opening couple of pages talking me through the on-screen icons, but can appreciate how and why they could be very useful. All-in-all I am very pleased with the outcome.”

“Easy to follow, although I found a couple of the answers slightly odd. Instead of making notes it would be better to be able to print a pack of the completed sheets off for future reference (pehaps you can and I just missed it)”

“Great course, excellent graphics (previously completed it via yourselves 2012). Should incorporate the allergen regs though. I pais another £18 for this course which was not great value for money. However, food hygiene course was very good.”
