“Re Food hygiene and safety level 2. Good price. Easy to follow. Did have a problem at the end when it didnt take me straight to do the test, not sure why??? Had to phone for help, then couldnt re log in as itbdidnt recognise my password and it didnt work when Natalue sent me a link. Anyway I left it hntil the next day logged in no bother, took test, passed and printed off certificate!!!!! Bingo!!!! All was well!!!!!”

“I've done online courses before and got very good marks - I take notes longhand and I realize this course is designed for one to click one's way through - and no doubt doing so will get you through in 2 or 3 hours however with copious longhand notes it takes about 12 hours (including breaks) It might help if you say "click your way straight through this one" or "take a lot of longhand notes" and/or "do this course over a week" - it would help the novice!”
