“It was a very interactive course which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was like you were in the classroom,one to one teacher as you had the option of the course being read to you and the visuals were wow. You could rewind at any point if you didn't understand what was being said and you could read it yourself. Anyway the notes were very detailed and very explanatory. The review questions were great as well as they helped to refresh your memory. The only issue I had was that some of the modules were too long. Apart from this, nothing else needs to be changed. I would recommend the course to anybody even a slow learner as the course as all the elements that aid learning,; visuals, hearing, review questions.... What more can one ask for and all in the comfort of your home. Well done and keep up the good work of making learning fun to adults too!. Taiwo”

“The course has been well prepared and covers most things I expected to see. It is a great refresher and designed in such a way that you can re-visit pages easily if necessary. The assessment is very straight forward and people who need to pass will do so quite easily.”

“I found it really interesting having not being in the catering trade for a long period of time .It was very enlightening and informative,I thoroughly enjoyed what it covered it was so varied.All I all it was a very good learning curve for me and I would certainly recommend it for any one interested in the course.”

“I found the course excellent. It covered every aspect very thoroughly, was presented is an easy to follow & fun format & which made studying enjoyable. However I felt the final test needs reviewing. To have three chances to do it, when most of the questions only had three answers & the options were in some cases so obvious as to be ridiculous, made me feel upset. It was almost an insult. I felt that the students who had made a real effort to learn & study to pass & get their certificate would not feel that their achievement was recognised. Almost anyone & everyone will pass. Course "Food Hygiene Level 2"”

“A very straightforward course which was well presented and structured. The only reason I did not give a 'very good' rating was that the website did not allow me to take the course for 24 hours due to technical issues on that particular weekend.”

“As I am not computer literate it took me ages to pay and get the screen in start mode. I have never done the hygiene certificate on line before, always in person so it was a challenge. I will know better next time! It took me 5 1/2 hours in total”
