I loaded the course (Level 2 Hygiene) but it froze each time I used an interactive button and wouldn't let me return to the beginning. Wasted the evening I had set aside to do the course. Had to speak to three different people who had no idea how to fix it. I wasn't using Microsoft Edge. I was using Google Chrome. Advice was to reload Internet Explorer (No, thanks!) or to delete my browsing history (No, thanks!). So not a great experience for me. Refund provided swiftly, so thanks for that anyway. I took the course with NCass very efficiently the next day.

Just can't see this being any good. I have tried to complete the rest off test 3. But can't go on. Click yes to carry on. But won't let me. As I can not carry on. Unless you can resolve this. I would be asking for full refund

I have sent you an email to say I can’t get on your web site.so had to do the course elsewhere I would like a refund please. If you checked your emails you would know. I couldn’t email or call yesterday as I was working. Thank you Sally ricketts

The course is too complicated to navigate for a 1st time user. I gave up and bought another course elsewhere and cheaper. The course also freezes and does not respond to the next button. You also cannot skip anything.

I was very disappointed with this course for the price I paid. Compared to the other online training courses I have completed through CIEH, the structure of the course I found not to be engaging. Regular multiple choice tests after each section would be better, rather than writing paragraphs which are unrelated to content of this course. I wish I had of paid an extra £30 for a better one, I don't believe this has helped me enormously to write my haccp plan for my small business.

Hi Sorry you feel you are being asked to give the course two reviews. There is a difference between the two. The one at the end of the course is an evaluation of the course controlled by Virtual College. This is an independent company to Virtual College. We are pleased you gave a review but it is totally your choice if you wish to do so.

What an absolute shambles this site is. I paid for the course and passed but found it impossible to print out the certificate. What ate a total waste of time and money.

We apologise for the difficulty you have encountered with regards printing your certificate. If you select the 'completed learning' tab in your learner record, you should see the course with a printer icon next to it. By clicking on this and following the instructions, you should be able to print off the certificate for this course. We have sent you a direct email with a PDF version of the certificate attached, so you are able to print it that way if required. So far I cant do the course because flash media player is required and my two PC's are using XP which apparently at the moment does not accept this. Why does the site not state that flash media is required??

Course was clear to follow and I enjoyed it , until I tried to print out the notes I had carefully typed in at each stage, they had NOT been saved. I rang the helpline to be told "this does happen, sorry." I was gutted to have lost all my notes and have asked for my money back and expect I will have to start over with another course provider

I'm not having much joy as its not comparable with my I pad and Mac at the moment so I'm a bit disappointed at the moment

Was unable to use as it kept crashing. Was not responsive at all and kept logging me out. Spent 2 days continually trying to go forward. Eventually gave up and paid another company to do the course (which took me only an hour in total (from initial payment to actually receiving the CPD certificate).

The information was good the graphics were childlike and the Summary sheets did not make any sense. I am 64 and thought whoever made this program. It must have been designed for children and that's an insult to children.
