“Previously owned a Factor 1 which I really enjoyed however, being from Scotland there was no longer a local dealer so when I opted to change to the Ostro, it was a big decision knowing I had to visit Vires Velo in Norfolk. I can thank all the guys enough as they made the 16h round trip a very special and memorable experience, service received was what you would expect from a brand such as Factor.”

“A fantastic experience sums up my interaction with Vires Velo from the bike fit to receiving the the Factor Ostro VAM UK edition. The whole experience feels tailored to the individual as you can configure the bike to your preference from parts to Euro brake setup, etc. The Ostro VAM is my first road bike and while it's likely tailored to the more avid and pro riders, for a newbie, you instantly understand why it is one of the top road bikes available. It is light, fast, sturdy, comfortable, and very responsive...and expensive, but quality and personalized services and products come at a price.”

“Great experience with collection & fitting of bike Factor O2 at Vires Velo. Really appreciated the attention to detail on the bike fit, and came away with a lot of useful information and a slightly more relaxed position on the bike as needed for long days in the french alps planned for the summer. Bike was everything I had hoped for, and pizza box of spares was an unexpected bonus. Only opportunity for improvement was for wheels to be set-up tubeless as requested, rather than with inner tubes.”

“A great team who did their best to make sure I got exactly what I was after. Every part of the process was great, from viewing their site to asking questions about what I needed. When we arrived to collect the bike someone (not a member of Vires Velo) directed us to the back entrance, so we entered the building through the workshops. Not a problem and we probably saw a lot more than some customers get to see.”

“From start to finish buying my Ostro Vam was a pleasure, nothing was too much trouble, all my enquiries and requests were dealt with brilliantly by Hayden and Rob. I wanted a few custom touches on my bike and nothing was too much trouble. My bike arrived safely and was easy to assemble. The quality of the bike is fantastic, I can't recommend the Ostro Vam and Vires Velo enough.”
