Previously owned a Factor 1 which I really enjoyed however, being from Scotland there was no longer a local dealer so when I opted to change to the Ostro, it was a big decision knowing I had to visit Vires Velo in Norfolk. I can thank all the guys enough as they made the 16h round trip a very special and memorable experience, service received was what you would expect from a brand such as Factor.
