“This service is brilliant! Everything is very quick and efficient, do you get the best price available? Probably not but when you don’t know where to start with selling your older dust gathers and broken jewellery what could be better than putting it all in one box and sending it to them for free! A couple of days later I got a very jolly person ring with an offer that I accepted and the money was in my account later that day. Thank you”

“I sent a box of goods and within a week received a cheque for it which was of lower value than I expected but Vintage's leaflets say that after receiving the cheque I and the friend who recommended Vintage to me would receive a £20 voucher, which is exactly what happened to my friend and the friend who recommended her. However I have been refused a voucher unless I supply a video of myself. I cannot do this as I do not have a modern phone.”

We have a refer-a-friend voucher which I can see you have gone on to use.
