“Prompt service , no fuss, no problems 😊 Phoned up to ask for parcel to be collected , did so the next day,following morning received an email to say they had received it. Didn't expect to hear anything over the weekend but promptly got in touch at the beginning of the week with an offer which I accepted and money was in my account by the end of the day. Job done! 🙂👍”

“This has to be the best way to offload items no longer wanted because you securely package your items and either take your box up to the Post Office or they will have a Parcel Force van call at your house to collect. It is getting quite addictive and my only comment would be please send out the additional labels even quicker.”

“I sent them 2 high-quality watches worth at least £350. They acknowledged receipt of them and kept me waiting 5 days before replying. I was ultimately offered £36 for both watches. They are a bunch of cowboys in a big way despite all of the marketing hype saying we will offer you a fair and honest price for your goods. Don't believe a single word of it. They are con artists. They will sell your goods for 10 times what they pay you. Cowboys Do not use them. Big time con artists”

Hi Christopher, The offers made by our appraisers are based on several factors, including the age, authenticity, quality and condition of the items as well as the desirability of the items within our marketplace. From taking a look into your account, I can see that you sent a parcel containing solely two modern watches. As a vintage resale company, we do not deal in very modern items as we do not have a market for them, which would explain the offer you received.
