“Easiness of despatch (foc). Acknowledged receipt of the items. Few days later, phone call to offer settlement (incidentally the lady was very kind). Finally payment made to bank of my choice. Great service. Will use again if I need to. Thank you.”

Had no idea how much my items were worth and didn't know if I should haggle a bit to maybe get a little more but that's not in my nature so accepted the offer. “It was very easy to use. Send items in a box that you wish to be valued stick ,on the label provided, take to post office and Vintage Cow advise when they receive parcel, few days later a valuation is given over the telephone, you can either accept or reject. I thought my parcel was worth more than offered, but I wanted to dispose of items so I let them go, rather than have them back and having to find another cource to dispose of them.”

“there was a little confusion initially as to what labels I had put on the box but that was soon ironed out. I was contacted very quickly to say that the stuff had been received followed by an offer by phone a few days later. Of course I would have liked more but the things were just hanging around in my house so it was good for them to go. The man who phoned me with the offer was absolutely lovely, a pleasure to chat to.”

“I was quite hesitant about boxing up and sending items to an unknown Company. I eventually did, they collected. Next day, confirmation it had been received. Not many days later I had a phone call to let me know how much they were offering me. After a quick think I accepted their offer. I suppose I could have sold some of the items privately. As it was I didn’t have to advertise, wait for a buyer, haggle a price or have post and packaging to think about.”

“Been planning to send to VCC for ages but other things took over.. anyway when saw an email stating that you could get a house collection things started to get organised. Found a suitable box and started packing the goods that were to go. They arrived the following day in Leeds and 4 days later received a phone call from them quoting a price for my items which I accepted. If I find more I will certainly use again ..so thanks VCC.
