We always try our best to get our ordered delivered as quickly as possible, with them being hand painted it may take a little longer then originally estimated - but we are all so happy to hear you agree they are well worth the wait :)

“Really pleased with the service from village green signs prompt communication and response when asked, only downside was it was incredibly late in delivery as a gift for someone and wasn't kept up to date on this.”

“Despite my late ordering pre Christmas too late for a Christmas delivery, VGS did their best to fulfil my order ASAP. Their customer services was great and kept me fully informed as to progress. I was very pleased with the finished result, now proudly displayed at my front door. TonyS YATE”

“This plaque is beautiful. I couldn’t find what I wanted on the website, so just wrote it down on the order form. It has arrived exactly as I wanted. I cannot wait to put it up on our new house. The only thing is, I wish I had ordered a bigger one. Thank you Village Green Signs.”

“Felt we were kept well informed about our purchase of our house sign, though the company were facing production problems it was well explained and we were kept informed. The communcations had a personal feel which was refreshing and we are thrilled with our sign now it has arrived. 5 star rating”

“Unfortunately the sign took 2 1/2 months from order to delivery which is why I have rated as I have. It was unfortunate that the artist became ill and production stopped as a consequence. However I must say that the communication from Village Green signs was excellent and offered me the right to cancel if I did not want to wait, but also offered compensation because of the delay. I opted for the latter and last week I received my House sign and I was so pleased I opted to wait - It is beautiful - I am over the moon with the sign, fabulously painted, a 3D image not just 2D - myself and my husband love it. Now proudly mounted on the house and being admired by all. Highly recommended.”

“Sign took approximately two weeks to arrive - customer service was good but the pledge that they had been busy crafting the sign possibly raised our hopes as we had a feeling of disappointment when we finally viewed it as it did not look premium and the white ink not strong and crisp on the slate. Also the sizings of each element were quite small so an electronic proof would have been a good step. We will put it up though and not completely disappointed!”

We cannot apologise enough for the unfortunate delays we had in our studios over the Christmas period, and can only hope that our dedicated care team were able to keep you well informed with the updates of your signs. We are also very sorry that we are unable to offer any digital proofs of our signs, but unfortunately this is down to the hand made nature of each unique sign. But we always try our very hardest to find the best fit for each plaque.
