“Acceptable in the end, although I have yet to take delivery of my sign. Trying to order one was a bit of a mission in so far as I didn’t totally understand the ordering jargon for example: all around the top/bottom and all around the oval?? What exactly is that referenced to, I am not stupid but it wasn’t clear so decided to make contact by the old fashioned method - the telephone! An American on the ansaphone telling me to call back later. After several attempts I ended up emailing ‘someone’ I did eventually get a call back and from then on the order was straightforward. My advice is to have a human at the other end of the phone to prevent the likes of me giving up and going somewhere else. Receipt of the sign will tell me if all the hassle was worth it.”

We are awfully sorry to hear you had some trouble using our website - we try to provide a user-friendly ordering system so great customers like yourself can place an order online with confidence. We have had some technical issues without phone lines over the last few weeks, so we are terribly sorry if this caused any inconvenience. Our phone provider gives us an American voice mail system, however, we are based in the UK, Kent. We strongly believe that you will agree that your finished product will be well worth the wait - and that you will fall in love with the sign as soon as you set your eyes on it :) However if for any reason there are any issues with your sign please do let us know right away and we will be more than happy to help and advise.

“Bought the 300x210 sized Burford sign which looks very impressive on our new house. Ordering was very straightforward. The default settings were useful in determining the layout. Email confirmation of order and further email when order despatched. Delivered within quoted time. Very satisfied with the service.”

“Order my sign back at the beginning of May, 21 days later my sign has arrived, and its missing one crucial element the house number which is clearer requested on the order form. Disappointed as I had read such good reviews. We will see how well they resolve this matter.”
