“Love the product and it arrived earlier than expected. Great customer service whilst working on the design. Just a suggestion to Village Green Signs...a lovely gift box with the artwork that is on the website would be extra special and a great advertising tool when giving one for a present.”

Hi William, Thank you for your review. As we can appreciate an error was made in regards to the shape of the plaque, a mock up was provided and approved by yourself on the incorrect plaque shape. Since realising this had happened, we have provided an offer of a replacement in the correct plaque shape, or a 50% refund in which the refund was accepted. As this is the case, your refund was processed as you seemed happy with accepting this offer via email. If you have any further queries, do let us know. We do hope your happy with the sign. “Changed my mind several times but everyone was so patience and made sure I was absolutely 100% happy before they sent the sign for making. It arrived safely packaged and in perfect condition. Just as I imagined and in fact more lovely than I thought it would be. Love it. highly recommend this firm and all of their helpful staff.”

“Really gorgeous sign for my family’s cottage. It was a birthday present for my Mum and she loved it. It has a matte finish which adds to it’s high quality feel. The communication from the team was excellent too. Thank you so much!”

“Not the quickest to fulfill sign order as had to ask/chase with no updates provided (lose 1 star) and item when received had an imperfection (lose 1 star) So could have paid more elsewhere to get sooner and better quality although overall acceptable for cost paid.”

“Excellent service and delivered quickly. Only negative is website needs updating as when chosen own design it does not show yours when checking out only original website example so have to imagine own house details.”
