Order placed on 10th December, sign delivered 29th January. Over 7 weeks for a sign. (I appreciate Christmas accounts for 1 week). £100 for the sign seems very expensive. Would not use again

Hello John Stage of Stage Logistics here... Your staff ( Melanie?) were excellent on the telephone ahead of my placing this order. My first with you. But I am disappointed with the sign and therefor I am asking for a refund or a replacement. My DENFIELD HOUSE sign being etched on 200 x 300 slate is correct in that the wording is as I ordered but I did not expect the slate to be so UNRECTANGULAR. The top line of slate rises almost 10mm from left to right whilst the horizontal wording does not...so to mount the wording exactly horizontally, the top of the slate line looks obviously a little weird. I can appreciate some small variation in the RECTANGLE but this is too much and devalues the sign in my opinion. Please either issue me a 50% refund or send me another sign on a better piece of slate. I apologise for saying this but sensible third parties I have shown this sign to agree with me. Thank you. I have contacted Village signs stating the lane was missing on our sign on the third floor. No reply! Not happy.

The product was badly damaged and unusable. I have made a complaint but still awaiting a response. Very disappointed.

Disappointed with the quality of the Grasmere sign. The corners of the metal back plate were bent on opening. The screws supplies were of a poor quality with a small thread. We will replace as soon as we find one.

Take full payment , give anticipated despatch but waa not met. No customer updates offered , slow to respond when emailed as another customer mentions don’t answer the contact number ! Placed an order mid june and ended up requesting full refund in September - Totally appalled . If they cant manage orders received they should NOT be taking full price of goods ! Would not order from this firm and would discourage others too ! Very disappointed

Don’t buy anything from this company. It took over 8 weeks to receive my House Sign. They do not answer the phone, and emails were answered with COVID 19 excuses... Avoid this company..

The sign itself is lovely when it finally arrived! It took over 3 months after ordering for the sign to arrive and several chaser emails to find out what was happening. I was offered a 10% refund for the inconvenience but this is also still yet to arrive!

I placed my order on 26th June and have not received it. They are not replying to emails and not accepting telephone calls. I’m beginning to think I have lost my £133 paid in advance for my sign.

I ordered this sign in June. It is now September and still no update. AGAIN! It has been "with the artist for 4 weeks now" and and still nothing! I appreciate the covid-19 situation has put things considerably behind, but seriously over 2 months wait for a sign is just redicilous!

We put our order in 10 weeks ago on 26th June 2020. We had confirmation of our order but on the ‘track my order’ page we are still only being shown as ‘Order Placed’. I emailed the company 2 weeks ago to ask when they would actually cast my house sign and when delivery is likely to be expected but to date no reply. Not happy that the only way to contact the company is via email but they don’t reply! Very disappointed.

I am Still waiting for my sign seven weeks after order and payment. I have had no response back from the company, apart from the original confirmation email when placing order.I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a week to contact them. Obviously there are some major issues with this business, order at your own risk.

Very disappointed. It took 12 weeks for my sign to arrive and when it did the quality of painting wasn't worth the cost or the wait. I have had to repaint it myself.

Placed an order on 14/06/2020 was promised it would be dispatched by 17/07/2020. Delay due to Covid which I accepted. Nothing received in relation to the progress of my sign despite payment being taken at point of order. Cannot call the company - they leave a voicemail saying the can’t take calls due to Covid. No response to email asking for update. Researched Facebook and found several other similar complaints if same nature. This company is obviously not operating correctly. I have complained to trading standards today. I will take this to the ombudsman also for breach of contact. I would suggest going elsewhere to purchase a sign as this company will take your money and you will never see it! I obviously don’t recommend them.

Having received my Door Number Sign after a 5 week wait, I am very disappointed with the finish, smudged and chipped, contacted the company but could not be bothered to respond, bad customer service.
