“This was an easy to use web site, you could see what the finished sign would look like. It took slightly longer to arrive than expected and when it came the writing on the sign was smaller than I thought it would be. I asked for large lettering but they seemed really small and didn't fill the slate up at all. It was a nice piece of slate.”

“My choice of sign size would not have achieved the full design, rather than going ahead I was sent a picture of what would fit and therefore had the opportunity to upsize. The result was exactly as per the website picture and the detailing is very attractive. I would not hesitate to recommend the comapny.”

“Ordered 2 slate signs on 7/10/19 and didn’t receive them until 9/6/19 after multiple inquiries to customer service. Was told the product was shipped, yet I couldn’t get a tracking number. Then was told an error occurred and the signs would be shipped right away. Again I could not get this company to give me a shipping number to track and again nothing showed up. Finally 2 months later the slate signs showed up and were damaged. The corners busted off due to being shipped in a cardboard envelope with one layer of bubble wrap orotund them. Nothing protecting the corners. I am completely disgusted and disappointed with these slate signs. The quality is poor, the customer service was poor and the wait time was ridiculous. Several emails to customer service and waiting 2 months for busted slate house signs. I will absolutely never make a purchase from this company again. BUYER BEWARE.”
