“Ordered a slate sign. Arrived promptly and am very pleased with it. Was well packaged however better if it could have been wrapped in something more environmentally friendly than bubble wrap”

“Excellent service and a first rate product. The website is better than all the competitors that we found because you get all the right choices for signs, sizes, lettering and layout and you can see your sign before you order. Highly recommended. Dave Roche.”

“Ordered 2 slate signs on 7/10/19 and didn’t receive them until 9/6/19 after multiple inquiries to customer service. Was told the product was shipped, yet I couldn’t get a tracking number. Then was told an error occurred and the signs would be shipped right away. Again I could not get this company to give me a shipping number to track and again nothing showed up. Finally 2 months later the slate signs showed up and were damaged. The corners busted off due to being shipped in a cardboard envelope with one layer of bubble wrap orotund them. Nothing protecting the corners. I am completely disgusted and disappointed with these slate signs. The quality is poor, the customer service was poor and the wait time was ridiculous. Several emails to customer service and waiting 2 months for busted slate house signs. I will absolutely never make a purchase from this company again. BUYER BEWARE.”

“Sign was great. Took a while to make but worth waiting for. Had email to say dispatched but took 5 days after that to get it. May be good to be able to track it or set the expectation out in the website/email and everyone will ne happy. Overall though great company and great workmanship. Website is good too allowing you to see your design before you order. Would definitely recommend to others.”
