“Delivery service was extremely poor worst service As item took over a month to arrive (I have proof and receipts ) but price and customer service were reasonably and lovely but as a whole would not recommend or use again”

“Customer service was very good HOWEVER the sign its self is not worth the £83 I paid for it, it took longer than expected and needed to be returned due to poor quality, this is where the good customer service comes in but the sign is very lightweight and I doubt very much it will last through years of weather, time will tell. I wouldn't recommend them for their timescales and prices.”

“The dispatch/delivery of my sign was quite slow at over 2 weeks. I was a little disappointed with the quality when it arrived, as the text seems somewhat blurry. However, the sign itself is strong and comes with a good fixing kit including the screw caps. Well packaged, no damage. Delivered within 3 days of dispatch.”

“Whilst the cast sign & gold lettering were perfect, the painting of the rowan leaves berries & flowers was a complete joke. My 10 year old niece could've done better. Has the artist actually looked at pictures of what a rowan looks like? I doubt it. Don't waste your money! What a let down. Expected far better for the £110 I paid! Ended up painting over it myself - a better job by far”

“VEry disappointed with the sign- the font size was wrong and the lettering was painted when it was supposed to be engraved. The email that we sent asking to contact us about our dissatisfaction was not responded to. I hope I get a response to this”
