“Gave us time to grieve, listened to what we wanted. And I generally felt the vet was feeling our sadness. Could not fault the staff appreciated their support. Mrs Ratcliffe”

“Great for our puppy, seen and sorted really quickly. Only negatives were the price and the 2:30am sms message asking me write this review!”

“Really efficient, prompt, friendly, professional and informative. From my experience, which was about 10pm on Tuesday 10 April at Macclesfield, there are no aspects of this fantastic service that could be improved. The vet was brilliant with my poor cat who had ruptured his cruciate ligament and explained everything to me fully. I was and am very grateful.”

“Great service considering it was out of hours and the staff looked after me and the kids very well whist the dog was being seen to....... Would have been 5 stars but for the after hours prices but hey.....”

“Advised vet on previous effective treatment for my dog which she refused to do. So dog was poorly for longer. She spent more time talking about costs than she did about my dog. Unimpressed.”

“The vets was brilliant. Sadly the rest off the experience wasn't. On the phone I was told if the vet was busy when we arrived, I nurse would see to us until they were available. We waited over an hour and during this time my pet gave me! Had we been seen to on arrival she could of made it. Understand they were busy but unfortunately that doesn't really help.”

“Once the initial call was made we went straight to the Vets and was seen almost straight away x the receptionist and the vet were very friendly and our little guinea pig was made better in no time. We even had a follow up phone call the next day to check up on our lil guinea many thanks”

“My dog Honey (aged 12yr 4mth) was very poorly. She had collapsed. She went to Vets Now at teatime on bank holiday. The team worked throughout the night, carrying out tests and carrying out scans. Honey was carried in to Vets Now, and walked out in the morning. She was diagnosed with pneumonia. Vets Now worked wonders keeping her alive. Honey was hospitalised for 8 days. Now 3 weeks on Honey, is making very good progress. Thanks to the help of the staff on duty that night. The service was great from the minute Honey was carried out of the car.”

“"Vets NOW" are without a doubt a life line to people/ organisations with animals BUT your call out cgarges to animal charities are way too high. Raising money for the care of animals is hard enough so please spare a thought to us animal charities. Without our care there would be so many animals in dire straits”

“Sadly I had to my precious cat put to sleep the vet and nurse where the most beautiful people during this most traumatic time - I cannot thank them enough for the care they gave to me and the love they showed to my beloved pet”
