This company is a belligerent money generating machine praying on unsuspecting pet owners requiring emergency care. I won't bore you with the story as it ended up being a 7 month saga of belligerence but some low points include: 1. £160 initial consultation fee on a Sunday afternoon as it's "out of hours' (normally £36) 2. Unnecessary procedures designed to increase overall costs 3. Recommendations for treatment not supported by the Vet's own notes 4. "Client Care" that treats customers like fools Within 7 hours of being admitted my cat was apparently at risk of imminent heart failure. In fact she was constipated. Total bill... £730. My advice, if your Vet uses this company for it's out-of-hours service find another practice that doesn't. This company is proliferating across the country with monopolies in some towns so go check now before you have no choice.

Felt the communication was poor! Reception good! I didn’t have insurance and I felt the vets don’t have the skillsor communication to deal with that! I went home and felt I’d been left with a dog to die! Despite me saying I would rather she was put to sleep than suffer! I will go back to a family run vet as I couldn’t even get the ultrasound till 3 days later! 6-800 pounds for overnight fluids and id already spent £430 pounds! and felt left on my own with it! I’m disgusted! No one rang to check and my dog was suffering! Ring back I was told and we can give fluids at £800 pounds a night! I didn’t have that money and because I didn’t my dog was left!!!!

When the vet we seen found out insurance wouldn't cover the costs and we couldn't afford the EXORBITANT fees we basically got told euthanasia was an option. The vet just appeared interested in the money.
