“Cannot rate Vets Now highly enough. The care and attention that my dog and I received from everyone there was outstanding. Scott Internal Medicine Specialist in particular deserves a special mention. He diagnosed quickly what was wrong with my dog and has been a pleasure to deal with. He truly cares about his patients and their owners.”

“They were great when my cat was poorly, they saw her straight away, gave her a thorough examination and diagnosed the problem. She was much better the next day. She has heart problems so I have to get treatment straight away and they were so good.”

“Very professional under sad circumstances .young lady vet just come on shift was brilliant and understanding ,we were absolutely gutted and crying and she gave us time to grieve and stay with dog .explained everything to us .like losing a child to us it was and the treatment and respect was just great thank you very much”

“What can I say? It’s 1st class care you receive here. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr Lynne and Louise the nurse & Jordan the receptionist will always hold a special place in our hearts for what they did for us.”

“3 small criticisms- 1. The vet I saw made me feel a little rushed. She made notes on a scrap of paper which didn’t make me feel very confident. 2. I was charged an admin fee which was not allowed by my insurer for completing a claim. I think this should be an inclusive charge. 3. I was charged a donation for blood transfusions! This was never mentioned! I support the cause just should have been informed upfront rather than finding out about it when it was disallowed on my claim! Otherwise staff friendly and sensitive.”

“I was faced with the Heart breaking decision to put my baby to sleep. She had been ill for a while but took a turn for the worse over the bank holiday weekend. I called vets now as my usual vet was closed. They were so helpful and compassionate and made my baby and me as comfortable as possible. They even carried my baby back out to my car for me as I wanted to bring her home and take her to the crematorium myself.”

“Very professional, polite and very caring from start to finish. Kept informed about what was happening throughout. Even a couple of days or more after my pet left their care they were very helpful and efficient, they gave me a full pet report in less than 5 mins. Excellent service so nice in today's fast paced society.”

“We considered the pricing to be very expensive however the biggest negative was the actual vet we saw on the Saturday night. He was Eastern European so English was not his first language. However, his ‘bedside manner left a lot to be desired even allowing for language variations. He simply stated it would be best to have our dog out down there and then, something we had not even considered. Everything seemed so cold and calculated. Also... To have to pay £15 for a form to be be filled in for insurance seemed a bit excessive given the fact that it only took 5 minutes. On the plus side, the nurses were excellent and very helpful. Making the appointment was also easy and quick.”
