“Great products at competitive price. Gods customer service on the phone. Shame the liner shorts were listed as S,M,L rather than actual sizes - when they arrived the actual size was clear on the box.”

“Nice site layout, attractive design, easy to find what I wanted. The item I chose was listed as "In Stock" so let me checkout and complete the order. A few days later I got an email saying it's no longer available and refund is on it's way. That was quite annoying as I stopped looking elsewhere after placing the order, so getting the item I wanted was delayed for over a week. But the other item I bought (and it arrived quick) was perfect, thanks!”

“My order has been in limbo since May 11th according to tracking! Have not received it! Darn Coronavirus! Late June I finally received an EMPTY shipping bag from USPS. None of my order was delivered. I wrote USPS and Velo Vixen. Fran and Phil made good on the missing merchandise. Would like to do more business with Velo Vixen but international shipping is too risky.”

“I purchased some bits at the beginning of lockdown... delivery was clearly shocked due to corona virus, which I did have to chase a couple of times, but the communication from the customer service team was great. Would hope not to wait 4 weeks for a pair of socks again!”

“The nicest collection of brands I’ve seen. Plus you can tell the owners have actually tried the items as the descriptions are spot on and so much better than just a standard manufacturer description like most other sites. Really pleased, will join again and have joined the Facebook group. I did try to email the company directly for suggestions but didn’t hear back therefore joined the Facebook group. Slight delay in shipping but expected due to covid”

“The help and advice is excellent . However I recently bought a pair of Stolen Goat waterproof arm warmers. It rained the first time I wore them and my arms were soaking wet very quickly unlike my core which wAs safe and dry underneath my Perfecto Jersey.”
