“Initial delayed delivery issue was quickly resolved and the item despatched for next day delivery, along with the delivery cost refunded. The item itself is really good, bright and colourful. Would happily use VeloVixen again.”

“I love the range of items stocked by VV, and it’s my first port of call when looking for women’s cycling stuff, because of the range of items available, the excellent info on sizing, and feeling like I’m part of a really positive movement (including the FB group). My last order was a mix of an impulse-bought Chapeau! thermal jersey that I’d lusted after for ages (gorgeous print, visible but not garish or ‘overly pro’ (I’m a very laid back cyclist!), plus a Madison t-shirt (my second = super useful) and a Verbena neck thingy, which is really just a nod to fellow Vixens when riding! So a good mix of ‘retail therapy’ and practicality… I really appreciate the use of Royal Mail, as other couriers rarely find my home, and it all arrived promptly and well packaged. I also love the diverse representation of female cyclists in the photos on the VV site. To improve, I think having a better menu of items (and/or filters) would be great, as often it takes a lot of scrolling to see the full list of searched-for items, and I think only offer the fast turnaround option if it’s guaranteed (my partner bought a birthday gift for his sister, and chose based on the timing, but the package didn’t arrive until four days after her birthday, which has put him off ordering again). I’d also love to see a few more items for and images of what I call ‘everyday cycling’ - riding your bike to go shopping, visit the cinema, etc. Not in the stereotypical ‘lady-with-flowers-and-pug-in-basket’ version, but ‘mums doing the school run in wet weather gear’ or ‘navigating city traffic with panniers stuffed with a Sainsbury’s shop’. But looking great, with practical but cool gear that makes everyday cycling life easier (in my mind these are things like Arkel or CamelChops handlebar bags that double as cross body bags, a clever printed raincoat that does high-vis in a new way - with the high vis and reflective elements built into a graphic print, and waterproof trousers you’d be happy to wear to the pub…”

“Cycle clothing ordered arrived within a week, however the garments were of the wrong size! Re packaged and returned as per VV instructions. Money returned to my account within a couple of days…. Maybe I need to slim down !! More cycling on the horizon 🚴‍♀️ Speedy service 👍🏻”

“VeloVixen very good to deal with but unfortunately the padded knickers a bit disappointing for me. There is not enough padding at the front end so whilst they are very comfortable around the seat area , there is still some discomfort up front!”

“I really enjoy looking at the VeloVixen site and money were no object I would buy everything! It’s so good to have lots of women’s cycling stuff all in one place, and to have performance items as well as casual/commuter things (reflecting the variety of my own cycling habits). Royal Mail delivery is also a huge plus - other couriers/services can’t find my home (a houseboat).”
