“This was my first time using your site. I was impressed by the range of clothing and will be shopping with you again! The range of clothing in stock was limited and my parcel took a bit of time to arrive - otherwise I'd have given this 5 stars. Completely understand that this is not the fault of the company given the times we are living through at the moment. Customers should be aware that things are taking a little longer than usual.”

“Bought the Splat short sleeved cycling top for my wife. She absolutely loves it. Well cut, nice material, great design and very comfortable to wear. Sizing recommendations on the website seem very useful in deciding on correct size to buy.”

“Easy to use website and great products, the female range of clothing is much better than most I’ve seen on other websites. I found returning an item a little tricky as it wasn’t clear on how to do this online, there only seemes to be instructions if you were outside the UK. I also paid for the postage whereas other companies offer free returns, the return was reimbursed straight away however. All in, a good experience and would recommend the company others. I feel the company could improve on their return instructions however.”

Just to clarify, the Returns link is available at the bottom of all pages on our site, and guides you straightforwardly through the process for free Royal Mail returns. We don't include physical returns forms in packages as our rate of returns is relatively low and we try to be responsible in how much paper we send out, but do let us know if you feel there are ways to improve it further. “Really loved the sweatshirt that I ordered, but being an older lady found it gaped a bit at the pockets (due to my thickened waistline) so unfortunately had to send it back. Had to pay for return postage as there was no way to print a return package for postage. A wee bit disappointed as I understood that return postage was covered.”
