“There was a mistake on my postal address, as the house number was omitted. I have since been emailed by velovixen, and I advised them of the house number (10),but I am still waiting for it to be re-sent to me. So, if you could check if it has been re-sent, that would be great.”

“I love VeloVixen; I think its a great idea run by people who really want to see change. I love the range of stuff available. The only difficulty I have with it is there aren't many budget options, however their sales are great! I also love the atmosphere they create by getting their customers involved; like having a little webinar with female cyclists who discuss things like cycling on your period. Its genuinely refreshing to hear the discussion lead by women, on women's issues, for real women! It would great to see them tackle a wider range of issues rather than just things like "which sunglasses are the best?" (though I recognise kit advice on such things is important); I think they have a great opportunity to address some of the social imbalances in cycling and approach topics like why have women been invisible in the world of cycling for so long? Is a comfy performance saddle just "being weak" or is it achievable? Is there performance gear for the overweight who are just as fit as other, but society currently struggles to accept they may want to improve their performance as well as everyone else? It would be great to see them tackle such issues, and become harbingers of change by making it ok to talk about why these things don't exist yet, and why they absolutely should, and how they could be achievable.”

“I'm a male who bought items for his wife. I got 1/3 right (one the wrong colour, 1 the wrong size). What I can say was everything arrived promptly and well packed and was excellent quality. There was no issue at all in dealing with returns which gives confidence.”

“I purchased a jacket, top and waterproof trousers all excellent. Only reason I have reviewed as good rather than excellent is that I also order some gloves in a medium which I could barely get on my hands (gave them to my niece) - they came up incredibly small with no indication of this on the product. All products are really good quality (even the small gloves).”
