“Great website, great customer service. I sent a cycling top back as it was just a little bit too tight for me. A very quick refund and I was able to order another one which came very quickly. I have an issue with the top, the zip is soooo difficult to do up and I worry that in time it will just stop working altogether. It’s hit and miss and doesn’t do up every time sadly. Takes me a while to sort it.”

“Order arrived promptly, unfortunately shorts did not fit. I returned and had no problem at all with refund, which was put onto my account within 14 days . I would have no problem ordering from VeloVixen again. This was my first time using this company and I was a bit worried , but very professional answered email I sent to them quickly.”

“The top is an excellent fit although the sleeves are really long and have no cuff/finish on them, probably to allow for different arm lengths? It doesn’t spoil the overall look. I’m very happy with it 🙌🏼”
