“Vehicle delivered in good condition apart from 2 marginal front tyres which were just within the minimum tread. One of these tyres has since got a puncture and we had to replace both tyres in the advice of the tyre centre costing me £300 after one month of ownership!”

Hi Simon All the used vehicles are inspected prior to delivery and tyres must have a minimum tread of 2mm. If you had maintenance you can claim back from the finance company. Or if you have proof from the fitter tread was below 2mm send that to us. Unfortunately these days it is usual on premium cars to replace both tyres on a chassis, a cost we have all had here!!

“What an absolute dream of an experience. Considering a lease vehicle is something new to me, I was a little nervous around the whole process. I had no need to be. Rob Eynon was the chap that was my contact who held my hand (virtually) throughout the whole process. Helping raise queries with the manufacturer about some of the add on packs and the specifications that I wanted to know about and coming back to me with all the answers including example pictures and confirmation from the manufacturer. My car arrived when it should have and the delivery company they use kept me informed throughout the whole process. I am so pleased with the car and when the lease term is up, I will without a doubt be coming back to Vehicle Contracts Limited for my next one.”

“I used Rob Eynon to buy a Mercedes A180d sport exec. He provided a very good service with minor issues but that was due to the finance company, although I did have to pay my initial payment sooner than I had been told. Overall Rob provided an excellent service and was very helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Rob to friends”
