“I've used several vehicle leasing companies over the years, and I can honestly say, the service I've received from Vehicle Contracts Ltd has been exceptional from start to finish! With the quoted PCH, being so competitive, I was expecting my new Audi to have a driven delivery, as I'd received from other leasing companies. However, it was delivered to me in a bespoke, fully enclosed transporter! Plus, the cherry on top! it was outside my house at 9.15 am on the morning of the new registration change. What else can I say, OUTSTANDING! Regards Des Wardell PS, I'm recommending Vehicle Leasing, to all my friends and family.”

“Overall impressed. Martin is a very personable individual who is clearly keen to meet his customers needs if he can. He is good humoured, courteous at all times and knows his stuff. Due to being impressed by his efforts I recommended him to my daughters who ordered vehicles from him. One of which was delivered early. I have a small gripe and that is that having agreed to a vehicle and rejected the other suppliers I was seeking quotes from, I was then advised that the vehicle would in fact cost more than originally quoted as it came with two factory fitted extras - which I did not want. It is my view that in such circumstances, if it genuinely is not made clear when the quote is given i.e. the fault lies with the supplier rather than some misrepresentation by you guys designed to secure the order, that the supplier should bear the cost of that at your instance - using your undoubted 'buying power' position to secure that. I felt that perhaps a rather more assertive approach could have been adopted when I raised the issue and suggested that was the equitable way of dealing with it.”

“The delivery date was not withheld on the car and I therefore had to borrow a car for a week and take an additional day off work. The car was delivered with 500 miles on it - not a particular issue but it was dirty and the person did not have time to wash it as he had to catch a train back - he had also put one of the floor mats on the seat so had to wipe it down to remove dirt from the seats also. I just expected with a new car that it would be clean on arrival - it looked liek this person had been eating in it when driving.”

“From the first phone call customer service was A1, this didn't end as soon as the car was delivered, I was looked after until I had got used to the car and had contact with my vehicle contracts representative to check everything was OK after delivery. Every time there was contact it ran smoothly with no glitches. To put the icing on the cake I took advantage of the "deal of the day", I now have a beautiful Audi which has worked out a lot cheaper than previous deals I've had without skimping on quality. Very Happy.”
