“Initially I received 3mm thick mats instead of the 5mm I ordered but after an e-mail to "Chris" in customer services he arranged for a replacement mat which I received the following week. All in all in a decent mat which fits my campervan well. reasonably priced and good service from the company. The rubber mats will initially smell strongly of rubber but this will go away with time.”
