Hi Arturas, You do have another option - If you get in touch with us via the contact details that are on the site, our delivery note and all the emails you have had from us, we can sort this clip issue out for you? If you send me an email to info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mat clip, a picture of the vans floor studs and the reg number, we will be able to sort this out for you.
