“The car mats are of good quality, even though I did not buy the very best on offer, fit really well into the car and enhance the interior, only down side was the delivery as Royal Mail gave a date and time but didn't show till the next day.”

“I wish it was possible to be updated on the prices of the mats being made. Once you make the order, you don’t really hear back about them or when they are due to ship out. I felt like my order was just sitting around until I emailed about it. Then I got a message saying it was dispatched last Friday but it didn’t actually happen until Tuesday. So overall I would rate 3, but gave 4 stars bc the customer service. Chris would always get back and helped move things along and I’m grateful for that.”

“Arrived on time, good fit to the car, good service, only given 4 stars because was a little, disappointed In the quality of the carpet. We upgraded to premium and expected it to be a bit thicker.”
