Hi Hussain, Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted us directly, we weren't aware of the issue. We will always sort out any problems with orders. Our customer service details are available on our site, in your order confirmation emails, and on the delivery note sent with the mats. Please could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mats you have received along with the registration number of your car? “Very happy, not just with the car mats themselves, but with the assistance that Chris provided when I inadvertently entered the wrong postcode when placing the order, and didn't notice until the mats were out for delivery. This resulted in us having to chase the courier firm on numerous occasions! However, the mats did eventually make it to my actual address, and were of great quality and fitted perfectly. It's great when a company go the extra mile to help.”
