“These mats came quick and was happy with the look of the car mats. However, the mats order were supposed to come with two clips for the car and this was not the case.”

“I recieved my mats but they weren't to my taste colour wise. I was sent some samples and advised them that they looked slightly different to the website and that I would like a refund. This was done same day of request. They were so helpful I almost felt guilty for asking for a refund.”
