“Unfortunately one of the mats wasn’t the right colour when they turned up. But the team weee super responsive and friendly. And sent out replacements for me at no cost. Overall a really good company and super responsive.”

“They didn't fit ! The drivers side has two lugs to fit the mat too so it doesn't move! The holes were not in the correct place to the anchor points! It said fur model 2015 too present , our car is 22 reg!!!"" ?.." really disappointed!”

Hi Sue, I'm sorry about the problem with the mats. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. Please could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mats you have received along with the registration number of your car? We have sold quite a few mats for this model and have not had any issues so I'm not sure what has gone wrong, but there are 2 options available for the 2022 model so you have likely ordered the wrong set.
