Hi Jack, I'm sorry about the issue with the mat. We were unaware of any issue with this order until we just spotted this review. More than happy to fix this for you if you get in touch? We haven't heard anything from you so not had the chance to look into this. We do show the mat shape on the listing, please could you send me a picture of the mat you have received so I can look into this? Our contact details are on the delivery note included with the orders, and on the transaction and follow-up emails that we sent to check all was okay. As far as we are aware, this mat fits all 2012-2012 6R models If your tractor needs a different shape, we will make one for you. Regarding the mat thickness, you chose the 8mm mat option so will have received an 8mm thick mat. Kind regards, Chris.

“I ordered mats for my new mobility care the vauxhall combo life after the first ones came, the clips didn't fit it turned out i had ordered the wrong shape. I notified the company via email and in the process ordered a new correct set ..as it happens they send out a set of clips for the first ones to swap them over When the new shape came they didnt fit either! After emailing back and forth and sending some photos i today recieved 4 clips for both sets that i ordered and they fit perfectly so i have a spare set which is fantastic! All of this was easy and fast communication was brilliant and the extra clips sent at no extra charge! I would 1000% recommend them the quality of the mats are fantastic the material is hard wearing and the finish on them is brilliant the customer service is outstanding and will used them again and recommend to anyone who asks !”
