“The mat was delivered late - the courier said there was no house number on the label. Thank you for chasing the delivery. Sadly, I was quite disappointed with this mat as the fit to the boot of my Huyundai Ionic 5 is quite poor and the edge in places has been poorly cut (see photos). I was surprised, as the previous mat that I ordered from you for my Kia e-Niro was a perfect fit and was perfectly cut.”

“Everyone is quick to complain but not so quick to praise, so..... I bought Mrs Dave some car mats for her new car, fit perfectly but not quite the colour edging I ordered, got the the automated email asking if the delivery was OK. I replied to it.... easy to order, delivered on time etc and mentioned the trim colour but it didn't matter as Mrs Dave didn't know what I'd ordered and they look great in the car. I got a quick reply asking for a photo, I replied again saying the mats were in the car and the Mrs was none the wiser and all was good, they insisted I sent a photo.. which I did. They replied they had got the order wrong and 2 days later another set arrived with the correct colour edging and was told to keep the original order they had sent incorrectly. Absolutely first class service, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Big thumbs up to these. EDITED.... They're a very small company,,, it consists of 2 people.”
