“Chris was very quick to reply to me regards to driver's side mat not fitting and not received a replacement yet, and after only a week the clip on the passenger side has come away after only having feet on three times I might as well bought cheap mats. I am going away now with faulty mats. disappointed Patricia”

“I was disappointed with the quality of these car mats. They were bought for a 2021 Citroen C3, but didn't fit both of the studs on the floor of the car on the driver's side. When pulling off the attached side of the mat the plastic tab with the hole in immediately came away from the mat. I repeated the operation on the other stud and that tab also came away from the mat. The backing material seemed very soft so I endeavoured to re-attach the plastic tabs to the mat, but they came away again.”

Hi, I'm sorry about the issue with the mats - We haven't heard anything from you, so we were unaware of any issues and have not had the opportunity to look into this. With your mats, the delivery note is included which asks you to get in touch (info@vehichlematsuk.com) if there are any issues so we can sort them out for you.
