“The mats look good and seem well made apart from the clasps that secure them to the floor in the drivers footwell. The quality is very poor and they broke on the 1st application which was very disappointing 😞”

Hi Marie, Sadly, you haven't been in touch with us about this despite our follow up messages to check all was okay with the order, we will always resolve any issues with the order. I'll post some spare clips out to you first class tonight, these are in 2 parts and simply click together through the mat hole. If there are any issues with the replacement clips, please email info@vehiclematsuk.com and I will get this sorted out quickly for you. Kind regards, Chris.

“Excellent service. So easy to order, simply put in the car registration, then choose the colour you want. Fast delivery by tracked mail, so I knew exactly where the mats were and when they would arrive. Highly delighted with the mats and they add the finishing touch or my wife’s new car. Would definitely recommend.”
